- Exhibitor tables are six-feet long, chairs will be provided as needed
- Please provide a Facilities Support Form (VFNC 24-4) so your table and chair(s) are setup for you
- Complete this online form and pay with credit card
- Confirmation of your Notification of exhibitor reservation will be sent upon receipt of payment
- Exhibitors’ names will be included in the printed Conference Program Program, if the contract is executed by 1 March 2024.
- Table set-up will be permitted on Sunday, April 7, 2024
- Exhibits will be open Monday and Tuesday, April 8 and 9, 2024
