Meeting Information:  

Chapter 1823 of the Northern Neck of Virginia is an active group of mostly retired federal workers. Chapter 1823 usually meets the 1st Tuesday of each month, usually at 1:00 pm with exceptions for special luncheons or to acommodate our guest speakers. Because our members are from 5 counties — Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond County and parts of Westmoreland and Essex, the meeting location changes from month to month.

February 4, 1:00 pm – Black History Month, Backdraft, 7415 Oldhams Road, Kinsale, VA. Speaker: PJ Haynie, a long-time 4th generation farmer from Northumberland will speak about black farmers in the Northern Neck. Chapter members will order off the menu.

March 4, 1:00 pm – Public Safety, Bella Pizza, 1673 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock, VA. Speaker: Sean Peterson, Warsaw Police Chief. Attendees will order off the menu.

April 1,  1:00 pm – Henderson United Methodist Church, 72 Henderson Drive, Callao, VA. Speaker and Topic: TBD.
Light refreshments will be provided.

May 7, 12:00 pmSpring Memorial Luncheon (NOTE DATE CHANGE TO WEDNESDAY). Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury, 132 Lancaster Drive, Irvington VA. Speaker and Topic: TBD. More information will be coming out at a later date.
